Bream Bay was recently identified as the Northlands fastest growing coastal area, this must be due to it unspoilt and affordable coastal beauty. Close proximity to the major cities of Auckland just 90 minutes south and Whangarei 20 minutes to the north makes it a great holiday destination as well as an easy commute to work for business people alike.
